3. Pricing
Our pricing is transparent, with no hidden charges. The rates are based on the volume of goods, distance to be covered, and other factors like insurance, labor, and additional services. Any variation in the nature or quantity of items from the original estimate may lead to an adjustment in the price.
4. Liability
HKS Cargo Packers and Movers will take utmost care of your belongings during the relocation process. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage to goods caused by unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters, accidents, or strikes. We recommend you opt for insurance coverage for the safe transit of high-value goods.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled move. If not, a cancellation fee may be charged. Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Claims
In case of loss or damage during transit, you are required to notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Claims will be settled as per the terms of the chosen insurance policy or agreed service level.
7. Prohibited Items
Certain items, including but not limited to hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishables, and live animals, are not allowed for transport. The company reserves the right to refuse the transportation of such goods.
8. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the city of the branch from which the service originated.
9. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
